Amenity Terrace

Located on the roof of the garage building, the terrace accommodates a beautifully landscaped area featuring a gazebo, a large pool, a shallow kids' pool, two hot tubs, a grilling area, and a gym.

To get there, simply take the stairs across from the Cloak & Daggers escape rooms, right where you enter and exit the garage. To access the terrace, enter the code provided in your welcome communication from your host. All guests must also wear wrist bracelets, available at the small table inside, next to the townhouse entry door.

If you didn’t receive the code or need additional bracelets, please contact the host for further assistance.

Fully Equipped Kitchen

It has everything you need to satisfy a home chef or to quickly prepare a cup of aromatic coffee and crunchy toast in the morning.

It features a spacious fridge, a professional gas range and electric oven, a dishwasher, and a microwave. Pots, pans, and cooking trays are available in the large corner cabinet. Knives, utensils, a corkscrew, crab crackers, and silverware are stored in the drawers. Various plates, mugs, and glasses are kept in the hanging cabinets. A drip coffee maker, capsule coffee maker, toaster, blender, and electric kettle sit on the countertop.

A wine cooler is built into the bar countertop, ready to chill your whites to the ideal temperature.

Dishwasher tablets are in the cabinet under the sink, and additional trash bags, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit are in the pantry.

You can dispose of trash in cans hidden in a closet on the other side of the community.

Parking Garage

You can park your car in any spot in Baytowne’s public parking garage, but finding one can be tricky on busy weekend nights. No worries, though—we have a single parking space reserved for the townhouse in the gated area at the center of the garage. Just use the fob, which you’ll find on the small table inside next to the entry door, to open the gate and drive in while others keep cruising around. You can use any available parking space within the gated area.

Internet and Entertainment

The townhouse is equipped with a mesh Wi-Fi system and high-speed internet. Use the password provided in the welcome communication to join the 'Le Jardin 164' network for a strong connection throughout the property. If you didn’t receive the password, please contact the host for further assistance.

The living area and all three bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs that have all major streaming applications installed. Netflix service is provided complimentary. Don’t forget that you also have access to hundreds of digital TV channels on these TVs.

Living Area and Kitchen

The first floor boasts elevated ceilings and accommodates a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and an inviting dining area.

Second Floor Bedrooms

The second floor offers two bedrooms leading to the balcony: a larger one with a king bed and its own full bathroom, and a smaller one with a queen bed. There is also a full shared bathroom on the floor.

Third Floor Primary Suite

The entire floor is yours. It features a bedroom with a king bed and its own private balcony, a gorgeous full bathroom with a gas fireplace, a dedicated climate unit with its own thermostat, and a spacious walk-in closet.
